CONDITION OF USE
Items returned not in the condition they were received or that have obvious use, will not be given credit. Items that arrive damaged from a third party vendor, will be returned to that vendor. Contact Terry for instructions, as the vendor must be contacted before the return can be processed. No returns on sale items or items bought with a discount coupon. No returns on items that have been personalized unless the vendor made a mistake in printing or the merchandise arrives damaged from the vendor.

Error claims must be made within 2 days of receipt. Personalized items are NOT refundable. If the error lies with Lake House Designs, they will reprint the order and ship with 2nd day delivery at NO charge to the customer.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. There is a minimum shipping charge of $5.
