QUESTION: Under what conditions are items NOT given credit as returns?
ANSWER: Items returned not in the condition they were received or that have obvious use, will not be given credit. Items that arrive damaged from a third party vendor, will be returned to that vendor.

QUESTION: Who do I contact for a credit?
ANSWER: Contact Terry for instructions, as the vendor must be contacted before the return can be processed.

QUESTION: What items will not be credited or returned?
ANSWER: No returns on sale items or items bought with a discount coupon. No returns on items that have been personalized unless the vendor made a mistake in printing or the merchandise arrives damaged from the vendor.

QUESTION: Do returns need to be authorized?
ANSWER: ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.

QUESTION: Is there a minimum shipping charge?
ANSWER: There is a minimum shipping charge of $5.

QUESTION: Will full credit be given for returns:
ANSWER: Full credit will be given should the item(s) be returned, MINUS the shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying for return postage.
