In 1994, I entered the world of retail business with no previous background other than the desire to bring specialty items and gifts to Columbus that, up to that point, had only been available in other cities.  I’ve always had an eye for great art, so I used my “ooh-aah” barometer to search out the best handcrafted jewelry, art, and gifts available.  I traveled to all the markets that major department stores and galleries shopped, and was able to bring a constant flow of whimsical, colorful, and fabulous art to the area through my retail store in Grandview, Ohio. When my children started having children, I wanted to be able to visit and spend quality time with our growing family around the country.   Since I closed my doors in 2006, I’ve loved being a visible and  important part of my grandchildren’s lives.
